Order preparation and dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Montpellier, France, within 24 to 48 business hours of payment being confirmed.
Delivery zones and rates
The rates below include all taxes and apply per order:
- Mainland France: €6.90. Free delivery on orders of €150 or more.
- European Union: €22.00.
- International: €29.00.

Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. It is added to the preparation time stated above. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect parcel
